What you'll do

• Assist customers by phone and in person
• explain storage options, rent units, process payments, and answer questions
• maintain property grounds and unit cleanliness with light maintenance
• complete rental documents and maintain tenant files
• collect rent and fees
• prepare reports, send required legal notices, make courtesy and collection calls, and participate in marketing programs.
