What you'll do

• Prepare presentation drawings, layouts, Revit construction documents, specifications, tables, and schedules
• update drawings and specifications
• review building and municipal codes, product submissions, shop drawings, scopes, and estimates
• coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and professionals
• manage communications and action lists
• track submittals, RFIs, responses, and approvals
• support permitting
• conduct site inspections and field verification
• maintain observation logs and progress photos.
