Medical Assistant (Full-Time)

The Medical Assistant role is onsite in Coppell, TX, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. Aspire Allergy & Sinus works to help patients with allergy, asthma, and sinus problems. This role supports clinic care by administering allergy tests and injections, assisting with in-office procedures, conducting spirometry, and helping with front-office operations to support a complete patient experience.

What you'll do

• Escort patients to exam rooms
• obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists
• explain allergy testing and treatment protocols
• administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections
• conduct spirometry
• document in the EHR
• support reception, scheduling, payments, treatment coordination, and CT authorizations
• track inventory and complete reports while following HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic safety protocols.
