What you'll do

• Educate consumers about ACA Marketplace health insurance options
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• explain premiums, deductibles, copays, networks, and prescription coverage
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service
• maintain accurate customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations
• comply with CMS, Marketplace, carrier, licensing, and company requirements
• maintain required licenses, certifications, appointments, and credentials
• participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
