Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $13.80 per hour. The associate reports to a Site Leader and supports Gopuff’s local operations team, helping fulfill customer orders for everyday essentials. The role handles product from receipt through order handoff, including inventory, picking, packing, and food and beverage preparation where applicable. Accurate, safe, and organized work helps the site serve customers and coordinate with partner drivers.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor pallets
• reconcile inventory with purchase orders and invoices
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO and food-safety practices
• contact customers about substitutions or unavailable items
• prepare and package food and beverages
• and stage orders for handoff.
