The Medical Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with pay starting at $18 per hour. Synergy Nutrition & Wellness is an integrative wellness center combining holistic nutrition, family practice medicine, and other healing modalities. The coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and supports daily practice operations. The role helps keep appointments, communications, provider schedules, documentation, payments, and follow-up organized to support a welcoming patient experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist patients
• manage front desk operations
• schedule appointments across wellness and medical services
• handle calls, texts, and patient communications
• support follow-up and reactivation
• assist with intake forms, charting, and documentation
• coordinate provider schedules and workflow
• process payments
• help improve office systems
• occasionally assist with social media or in-office wellness content.

Why this role

The part-time schedule is approximately 28 hours per week, 9–5 Monday through Thursday; Mindbody, Google Workspace, and Praxis EMR experience is a bonus but not required.
