What you'll do

• Oversee daily workflow and team productivity
• inspect completed cleans and support touch-up cleaning
• assist with supervision and training
• clean and maintain properties
• sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, wash surfaces, move portable furniture, and assist with laundry
• help with scheduling, ticket distribution, and supplies
• maintain company standards and metrics
• assist with budget tasks
• respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns
• inspect properties before arrivals
• provide manager and co-lead coverage as needed.
