What you'll do

• Review loan applications and supporting documents
• analyze income, assets, and credit
• issue accurate pre-approvals
• communicate with borrowers and Realtor partners
• manage the active loan pipeline
• assemble loan documentation for verification and underwriting
• serve as a primary client contact and schedule and conduct follow-up meetings
• verify loan package documentation for accuracy and completeness and report discrepancies to the loan originator or loan officer
• provide administrative support including calls and appointments.
