CNC Production Technician — Turning and Milling Cells

What you'll do

• Load, unload, and cycle CNC mills and lathes using setup sheets and job travelers
• conduct in-process checks with calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges
• monitor machines for abnormal noise, vibration, or quality drift
• report tooling wear and part issues
• assist with work-holding, tooling changes, and material staging
• maintain an organized work area
• track part counts and production documentation
• follow shop safety policies and wear PPE.
