What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain, and test residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment
• educate customers and present repair, replacement, financing, and maintenance-plan options
• document work
• maintain the truck and job site
• mentor apprentices.
