What you'll do

• Assess critically ill patients, monitor vital signs and laboratory results, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications including IV drips and titrations, communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, document care in the electronic health record, respond to changing conditions and emergencies, prioritize care, administer blood products, maintain IV access, provide care across ICU, medical, telemetry, and swing-bed settings, participate in quality improvement, and support orientation and mentoring of staff and students. Requires a current Nevada RN license, BLS, ACLS, and at least six months of ICU experience
• two years is preferred.
