What you'll do

• Plan, promote, budget, and lead activity programs
• develop monthly calendars for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and care suite residents
• supervise activities staff and volunteers
• evaluate programming
• edit the monthly newsletter
• coordinate entertainers and other vendors
• support activity-related training for resident assistants
• manage theater use
• recruit, train, supervise, and recognize volunteers
• work with resident councils and committees
• coordinate transportation and accompany residents on field trips as needed.
