What you'll do

• Collaborate with SMUD stakeholders to develop testing criteria and conduct testing, debugging, root-cause analysis, and documentation
• diagnose application issues and coordinate with vendors and end users
• write and execute test scripts
• develop test plans
• perform functional, end-user, integration, regression, and performance testing
• manage defects and verify fixes
• provide occasional end-user support
• and report progress, issues, and risks.
