What you'll do

• Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies
• set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers
• maintain activity, pipeline, and customer records
• meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• identify coverage gaps and cross-sell during reviews
• develop business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• handle policy, billing, and coverage questions.
