What you'll do

• Manage leasing from tours through move-in, close leases, complete documents, and inspect units.
• Present community features, support renewals, use marketing and social media strategies, follow up with prospective and current residents, respond to resident concerns, maintain resident files and related bookkeeping, and help organize resident events.
