What you'll do

• Develop program plans covering scope, staffing, controls, escalation, change management, risk, quality, readiness, and invoicing
• maintain integrated schedules and critical paths
• produce status reports and run client governance
• drive approval of program plans, SOPs, and training materials
• lead testing, acceptance, defect tracking, and issue resolution
• manage release and change control
• report service levels, lead root-cause analysis for significant incidents, and track corrective actions.
