What you'll do
- Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
- Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport.
- Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles.
- Maintain neat and clean work area.
- Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations.
- May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
- Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
