The Phlebotomist (Inner Sunset) role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, at the Inner Sunset office. Compensation is $26.25–$28.25 per hour. The role supports patients’ primary care by collecting and processing specimens and providing related clinical support. It also contributes to a calm patient experience and helps the care team with follow-up, messages, and clerical tasks.

What you'll do

• Provide venipuncture for patients from pediatrics to geriatrics
• assist with non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• label, handle, and process specimens
• maintain inventory and sterilize tools
• respond to patient messages, follow up on lab cases, and assist providers and the virtual medical team with clerical duties.

Why this role

Active California phlebotomy certification and at least six months of relevant Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience are required. Full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
