What you'll do

• Receive and verify perishable and non-perishable food and beverage orders
• document quantities
• support vendors and management with receiving other supplies
• inspect merchandise and reject unacceptable items
• distribute goods according to food-safety rules and storage orders
• maintain FIFO practices in walk-ins and freezers
• conduct inventory and communicate results
• complete a daily checklist with the overnight porter
• sanitize bar-storage areas.
