The assistant supports the Station Leader in overseeing daily operations, driver teams, schedules, safety, and service to airline partners. The role may act as station leader when the Station Leader is off-site.

What you'll do

• Support daily oversight of a 24/7 ground transportation operation
• help manage, coach, and develop driver teams
• maintain schedules, staffing, and workflow
• promote safety and DOT compliance
• monitor performance metrics and escalate issues
• build relationships with airline partners and internal leadership
• and act as leader when the Station Leader is off-site.
