What you'll do

• Plan and implement an age-appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards
• create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom
• support nature-based outdoor play two to three times daily
• monitor and document child progress and developmental milestones
• communicate with parents and guardians
• comply with state licensing regulations and center policies
• collaborate with staff.

Why this role

The teacher will plan curriculum and co-lead the classroom with an experienced teacher. Requires two to three years of licensed childcare or preschool experience; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain, is required.
