Medication Technician — 1st Shift (6 AM–2 PM)

What you'll do

• Administer, assist with, or supervise medication administration according to physician orders and state regulations
• document medications on the MAR
• conduct shift reports and narcotic counts
• assist with activities of daily living
• observe and report changes in residents’ condition
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• and help plan the wellness staffing schedule. The role participates in an on-call rotation and must be available by phone 24/7 while on call.
