What you'll do

• Lead complex HVAC and plumbing estimates from early review through proposal and turnover. Develop bid strategy, pricing, labor approaches, contingencies, and recommendations
• review project documents and contract terms for risks and pricing drivers
• coordinate vendor quotes
• prepare estimate recaps and proposal materials
• support conceptual budgets and value engineering
• communicate scope and bid strategy to clients and operations
• mentor junior estimators
• and improve estimating tools and processes.
