Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is onsite in Austin, TX, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. Fabulous Floors is a commercial flooring partner serving educational, healthcare, high-rise multifamily, and tenant finish-out projects. This role supports accurate, safe handling of flooring materials so customer orders and deliveries are prepared efficiently. The associate picks and stages orders, receives and inspects shipments, maintains inventory, and assists with shipping logistics and warehouse organization.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and stage orders
• receive and inspect shipments
• manage inventory, labeling, stock rotation, and cycle counts
• enter materials into the inventory system
• safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• assist with bills of lading, carrier pickups, and shipment records
• maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse
• store flooring products to prevent damage
• support process improvements and special projects
• follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
