Weld Mill Operator — 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Operate and set up continuous tube welding mills
• assist welding operators with operations and adjustments
• perform required destructive and nondestructive quality checks
• prepare rolls, clamps, bars, and mandrels for changeovers
• install and recondition electrodes
• maintain tooling and supplies
• operate cranes
• make splice welds
• manage hazardous waste
• perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as directed.
