What you'll do

• Learn menu items and preparation methods
• organize and maintain storage areas and stations
• prepare dishes according to recipes, event specifications, and hotel standards
• complete food and station preparation
• keep the work area clean and safe
• break down buffets and kitchen lines and store food and equipment properly
• assist with kitchen equipment maintenance
• manage food storage, rotation, and inventory.
