What you'll do

• Repair or replace lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, and other items
• inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• maintain repair records
• assist with preventive maintenance
• follow fire safety and evacuation procedures
• maintain equipment and facilities.
