What you'll do

• Clean move-out apartments and touch up units for new residents
• maintain offices, hallways, model apartments, and target apartments
• clean windows and doors
• empty trash in offices and common areas
• manage fitness-center laundry and cleaning supplies
• stock, organize, and inventory supplies
• sanitize bathrooms
• help organize and maintain the appearance of model apartments, pool areas, clubhouses, fitness centers, and other shared spaces.
