ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:. Continually monitors the Internet Customer Contact System and directs inquiries to the appropriate persons. Enters all internet company contacts/leads into the SCS’ customer relationship management system (CRM). Provides varying levels of administrative support for Sales and Market Management personnel (expense reports, conference calls, etc.).
