What you'll do

• Implement the Monarch Integrated Methodology to strengthen relationships with students
• work with Therapy Services and Therapeutic Support faculty
• collaborate on student treatment plans
• learn curriculum models as directed
• implement instructional strategies and programs set by academic leadership
• plan and deliver lessons addressing individual differences and learning styles
• coordinate students’ therapeutic agenda with the Leadership Team
• report student progress in designated formats
• support and supervise students
• supervise lunch, carpool, off-campus activities, and community meetings as scheduled or necessary
• facilitate a Student Committee if assigned
• support extracurricular or social events beyond the school day
• cooperate with the Program Director on yearly goals
• participate in professional education and meetings.

Why this role
