What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 panel, siding, and roofing projects from submittal through closeout
• track milestones, budgets, and project financials
• use Contractor Foreman and Procore
• perform material take-offs, issue purchase orders, and draft subcontracts
• coordinate with site managers on installation details, equipment, and deliveries
• measure field layouts and verify substrate readiness
• manage change orders and subcontractor pay applications
• prepare cost-to-complete reports
• travel for site visits, field measurements, and client meetings.
