The Senior Staff Product Manager role is onsite in Alameda, CA. The starting base pay range is $172,000–$215,000 per year. The product manager shapes product strategy and roadmaps for next-generation battery materials by connecting market and customer needs with research and engineering capabilities. The role helps prioritize development, define measurable requirements, and prepare commercialization materials to guide product decisions and customer engagement.
What you'll do
- Develop product vision and roadmaps for next-generation battery materials, including product lines beyond Titan Silicon
- build relationships with OEM and cell-manufacturer customers
- conduct competitive analysis and document customer evaluation requirements
- translate customer requirements into internal test protocols and success metrics
- define internal capabilities needed for development and scale-up
- prioritize initiatives
- develop business cases with the Strategy team
- lead investigations into material metrics and track progress
- create technical marketing and sales enablement materials.
