The Division Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Lifestyle Homes builds homes and communities across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The coordinator supports marketing for Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Homes. The role coordinates campaigns, content, vendors, and marketing projects to strengthen brand presence and support business growth. Collaboration with sales and other teams helps ensure marketing materials, model-home presentation, and lead-generation activities align with brand and departmental priorities.

• Coordinate marketing initiatives and campaigns
