What you'll do

• Supervise daily operations across assigned offices
• conduct scheduled and surprise visits
• monitor sales goals, policy counts, retention, and performance
• coach and hold lead agents accountable
• hire, train, and mentor employees
• enforce quoting, binding, and policy issuance procedures
• audit documentation and compliance
• oversee cash handling, deposits, and reporting
• coordinate office schedules with HR
• report to executive leadership
• resolve escalated customer and operational issues
• travel locally between offices multiple times per week
• take calls from management or staff before or after hours.
