Facilities Maintenance Technician – Level 2

The Facilities Maintenance Technician – Level 2 role is onsite in Crested Butte, CO, with work across company properties in the Crested Butte/Almont area. Compensation is $27–$33 per hour. The role supports facilities for Elk Ave Hospitality’s restaurants, employee housing, and hospitality operations. This technician independently handles routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and operational requests, while escalating work that requires Level 3 support or licensed contractors. The role also helps maintain equipment reliability, document work, and develop Level 1 technicians.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and complete authorized routine building repairs
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document findings
• respond to maintenance requests and communicate repair status
• inspect and troubleshoot restaurant equipment within authorized scope
• assist specialty contractors
• mentor Level 1 technicians on safe practices and documentation.
