What you'll do

• Provide family medicine and sports medicine care
• meet the stated board certification or eligibility requirements in Family Medicine
• complete a Sports Medicine fellowship
• maintain a Certificate of Added Qualifications or subspecialty certification in Sports Medicine
• hold unrestricted South Carolina licensure and required controlled-substance registrations
• participate in the stated clinic schedule and minimal shared call.
