The role provides hands-on experience across sales, collections, inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily store operations. By learning these functions and working with experienced managers, the trainee prepares to take responsibility for a store location.

What you'll do

• Learn and perform store operations
• handle sales, collections, and service on a route
• lead by example in sales and customer service
• help manage customer accounts and collections
• train and motivate team members
• maintain showroom displays
• assemble, clean, and refurbish merchandise
• monitor inventory and merchandise flow
• assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations when needed
• work toward managing a store.
