What you'll do

• Ensure equipment is available and working
• lead daily safety checks on forklifts and specified trucks
• inspect delivered supplies and equipment
• verify outgoing deliveries against quality standards and order slips
• maintain inventory records and distribute stock
• communicate rules and objectives
• keep accurate work records
• identify and implement viable process improvements
• resolve team conflicts
• assist with training, scheduling, assignments, and performance feedback.
