Technical Project Manager - Next Generation Ventilator Program

The Technical Project Manager role is an onsite position located in Franklin, TN. Compensation is not specified. This role supports the development of a new Class II ventilator within an early-stage medical technology company. This position exists to drive end-to-end product development by acting as the connective tissue across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and regulatory teams. The manager ensures program alignment, manages risks, and maintains accountability to deliver results from concept through FDA submission.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day program execution, including schedule, risk management, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
• Translate product requirements into actionable engineering workstreams.
• Maintain the engineering backlog and drive decision-making.
• Coordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams.
• Manage vendor interactions.
• Ensure documentation, DMR, and DHF organization, traceability, and test readiness in accordance with FDA design controls.
• Support prototyping, V and V planning, test execution, and system integration.
