What you'll do

• Lead and supervise third-shift warehouse employees.
• Assign daily work and monitor performance.
• Oversee picking, staging, loading, and shipping of products.
• Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct shift-start meetings.
• Coach employees on performance and safety.
• Monitor inventory movement and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure trailers are properly loaded and secured.
• Partner with other departments to resolve operational issues.
