What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable operations
• oversee invoice intake, coding, approvals, vendor setup, payments and communications
• monitor aging and resolve overdue invoices and disputes
• review ACH, wire and check payment batches
• maintain vendor records and onboarding documentation
• reconcile vendor statements
• support month- and year-end close, accruals and reporting
• coordinate day-to-day work and priorities for remote part-time AP support contractors
• support cash planning, audit trails and compliance
• track AP metrics and report recommendations.
