What you'll do

• Participate in the semester-long apprentice training program
• learn interpersonal and technical outdoor leadership skills
• assist in leading at least three trips or clinics per semester
• support participant well-being, group and personal safety, and an inclusive environment
• attend staff meetings, seminars, training trips, and classroom sessions
• work with the Adventure Coordinator and Student Recreation Center.
