Project Manager — Hydropower Equipment

Job overview

The Project Manager role is hybrid in York, PA, with three days onsite and two remote. Compensation is $112,000–$143,000 per year, plus a bonus. The role manages complex electromechanical equipment projects for large hydropower plants from handover through closeout. The manager owns project schedules, costs, contracts, and execution across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, and field service. Coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers helps deliver projects in line with commercial commitments and profitability goals.

What you'll do

• Lead projects through engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, transportation, installation, commissioning, and closeout
• set budgets and monitor and forecast profitability
• review bids and contracts
• build and maintain schedules and align purchase orders with milestones
• manage changes, claims, risks, and opportunities
• lead cross-functional teams and hold vendors and subcontractors accountable
• own project documentation
• support customer relationships with Sales and Account Managers.
