MRO Buyer

What you'll do

• Review approved requisitions, work orders, inventory levels, and ERP/MRP reports
• obtain and compare supplier quotes
• issue purchase orders within authorization limits
• track acknowledgements and deliveries
• coordinate resolution of order, receipt, and invoice discrepancies
• maintain purchasing and vendor records
• support supplier performance tracking and routine reports
• escalate exceptions and regulated-material matters as required.
