What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned hospital units and carry out provider orders

• communicate patient information for continuity and safe care
• participate in safety huddles and quality initiatives
• maintain unit competencies and required licensure and certifications
• collaborate with other departments and nursing staff
• serve as a preceptor for new nurses
• complete dysrhythmia training before orientation ends where required.
