Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Autism and Behavioral Support is an onsite role supporting a school-aged child in McCordsville, IN. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and compensation is $20 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide continuous supervision and individualized after-school support
• follow structured routines, support plans, safety protocols, and positive behavioral strategies
• engage the child in educational, recreational, physical, and community activities
• accompany the child to scheduled activities
• maintain service documentation and comply with Electronic Visit Verification requirements
• collaborate with the family and care coordination team.
