What you'll do
- Assists the Head Grower in executing plant programs, including fertilizing, watering, and applying biologicals.
- Communicates daily task lists to crew leaders and ensures tasks are completed accurately.
- Trains horticultural technicians on spacing, pinching, and watering methods.
