The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is an onsite position located in Keokuk, IA. The starting pay is $16.00/hour. This role supports the REM Community Services team, which provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role exists to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. The DSP helps participants live more independently, try new things, and stay connected to their community.
