What you'll do
- Advise on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
- support domestic and cross-border transactions
- counsel clients on private equity and hedge funds, real estate and REIT taxation, structured finance, lending and project finance, bankruptcy and workouts, capital markets, and startup matters
- draft and review transactional documents and tax provisions
- independently manage transaction components
- collaborate with corporate, finance, restructuring, and capital markets teams.
