What you'll do

• Receive and transcribe physician orders and ensure they are carried out
• communicate with physicians and consultants
• document progress notes, medications, treatments, and narcotic counts
• assess residents and report changes
• administer medications, treatments, injections, and other procedures within qualifications
• monitor and document resident status
• train and orient new staff
• coach staff and address workplace issues.
